Goat Cheese Sauce

This makes a great sauce for grilled or roasted cauliflower, but it can be used with any grilled vegetable or grilled chicken. You can also use it as a salad dressing.
1 log (6 oz) chevre (plain, herb, chipotle or jalapeno)
6 oz feta
4 oz heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper
Blend together all ingredients with a whisk or hand mixer until well blended. You can use more or less milk to make it either a sauce, a dip or a salad dressing.
