Yoghurt and Wheat Berries

It’s from the Moosewood New Classics cookbook.
More of an idea than a recipe: cook the wheat berries, cool, and serve with fresh yogurt and fruit (my fave is Trader Joe’s greek style yogurt and sliced peaches).
