Kohlrabi and Fennel Salad

Kohlrabi and Fennel Salad

2 kohlrabi bulbs, peeled and sliced
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon
¼ cup feta cheese

Steam or boil the fennel and kohlrabi for about 15 minutes. Drain and cool.

Mix with salt, black pepper, oil, lemon juice and crumbled feta. Chill well.
