Pumpkin Seeds

Separate seeds from strings but do not wash. Toss the seeds with 1 Tblsp veg oil (or olive oil). Add salt if desired.  Spread seeds on baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees F until dry, about 1 1/2 hours. They’re ready to eat — or toss them with seasoning (curry powder, soy sauce, or ??) and toast in 350-degree oven briefly.
