We don’t offer half shares. If you think that a whole share may be too much for you, you might consider splitting one with a friend or with another CSA member. Members who split a share often elect to take turns picking up their share. Others come to the CSA together every week to split their share 50/50.
If you are going to be gone for part of a session, you may also be looking for someone to sell your share to during your absence, or you may be looking to get a partial share from someone who is going away for a while. Use of our bulletin board (above the trading table) to connect with other members who might be looking for a buyer or a seller. We have ready-to-go cards which you can complete and pin to the board. If you’re on Facebook, you can also use our Facebook page to the same effect by posting on the Wall.
