If your CSA account is closed, either because you intentionally let your subscription expire or because you just forgot to recharge your CSA account, there is no need to create a new account and resubscribe from scratch. Your CSA account still exists and all you need to do is ask us to reopen it.
To have your account reopened, just contact us. Unless you specify otherwise, we will give you the same pickup day and shares you had at the time your subscription expired.
After we reopen your account, we will notify you by e-mail and you will have until midnight Friday to recharge your CSA account. If you intend to pay by check or cash, you must still recharge your account and check the “pay by check” option: this tells our subscription management system that your payment is forthcoming. Not recharging your account by midnight Friday will result in it being closed again on Saturday morning.
