Help: Reactivate your subscription

If your subscription has been deactivated, whether because you intentionally let it expire to take a break from the CSA or because you forgot to replenish your account in time, you can resubscribe at any time (providing there is space available), but your subscription will first need to be reactivated by us.

To have your subscription reactivated, simply e-mail us at the time you wish to resume your subscription. In your e-mail, specify what shares you want, indicate your preferred pickup day (Tuesday or Wednesday) and whether you can accept the other day if your preferred day is full.

After we reactivate your subscription, we notify you by e-mail and all you have to do then is make a payment via your online account. You must have been reactivated and you must have made a payment to your online account by midnight Friday in order to pick up a share the following week. If you intend to pay by check, you must still go to the Make Payment page of your CSA account and indicate so on the payment form, so that our system knows your check is forthcoming
