We have one e-mail list for each Tucson CSA pick-up day. We do NOT automatically add our members to our e-mail lists as we feel that subscribing to any e-mail list is a personal decision. However, we strongly recommend that members join our e-mail lists because they are our most effective way to communicate with them.
Don’t be a clueless CSA member: join your pick-up day’s e-mail list. You won’t be missing out on things such as renewing your subscription before it’s too late, paying a deposit on special orders, etc. Many of our products are available for short periods of time only and we announce their availability is announced via e-mail. Don’t miss out!
Our weekly e-mails notify you of:

pick-up day reminders and special pick-up day events,
- availability of certain products (eggs, cheese, grassfed meats, etc.),

links to the weekly harvest and newsletter,
-
subscription renewal time,
-
urgent communications (usually bad news, luckily very rare).
Aside from urgent messages, we only post once a week on each e-mail list, on the day of or prior to the pick-up.
Our e-mail lists are used for broadcast and for Tucson CSA business only. They are not intended to be members’ discussion forums or posting boards, although we will gladly create one if there is a demand for it.
Note that the e-mail list subscription and unsubscription processes are do-it-yourself. We do not have the resources to respond to individual requests for being added, removed, edited or switched to another list. You are in charge of that. If you’re switching pick-up days between sessions, you must unsubscribe from one and subscribe to the other.
We do not share our e-mail lists with third parties.
