Working at the farm is not required from our members. However, we often need volunteers at the pick-up location. Volunteers may elect to receive credit for a free weekly share for every three hours of work.
We now have a pretty stable volunteer crew and new volunteer opportunities are infrequent. Permanent volunteer positions open rarely. We do occasionally have a need for subs.
If you are interested in being part of our pool of volunteers, please come introduce yourself to the CSA during pick-up hours. Ask for Philippe or Sara. Note: volunteering priority is given to members, as they are already familiar with the workings of the CSA.
Volunteering options are:
1. Unloading and set up: Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays 2:00 - 3:30 pm
2. Pickup shifts: Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays 4:00 - 7:00 pm
