If you did not pick up your share on your pickup day, you cannot pick it up on another day, because it will already have been donated to charity. Neither can you pick up replacement share on another pickup day that week because we only get as many shares on each pickup day as we have members subscribed to that day.
If you know that you won’t be able to pick up your share on your pickup day, ask a friend or neighbor to pick it up for you.
Produce shares not picked up are donated to Comin’ Home and/or to the Iskashitaa Refugee Harvesting Network. A limited quantity of less perishable produce is sometimes kept for our surplus basket.
Goat cheese shares not picked up are kept in our freezer for you to collect on your next pickup day. At the end of each session, we donate unclaimed cheese shares to charity.
