Green (skinned) Pumpkin (with orange flesh) Curry

Tip: substitute ordinary pumpkin

Fry:
2/3 cup oil
2 medium onions
1/2 teaspoon white cumin (whole, regular cumin, not black cumin?)

Add:
1 pound green pumpkin

Add:
1 teaspoon amchoor (green mango powder)
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red chile
1/2 teaspoon salt

Add:
1.25 cup water

Serve with gram flour bread
