Miso Sesame Sauce for Sweet Potato Patties

2 tablespoons miso
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
freshly grated ginger, minced garlic and red chile flakes to taste

To cook sweet potatoes, saute veggies in
a small amount of oil, over medium high heat for about 5 minutes.  Pour sauce over
vegetables, reduce heat to medium low, cover pan and cook until tender.  Add water
as needed to keep vegetables from drying out or sticking.
