Zucchini Bread

(Sarah Elwood)3 c. shredded zucchini
1c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisons, if you want

Mix it all up. Bake @ 350 for 70 min or until done (might take a bit longer).
If the batter is dry, add about 1/4 c. milk.
