Tuscan Kale Ribbons

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 bunch Tuscan kale, cut into ribbons
1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste

1. In a large saute pan, heat olive oil over medium heat
2. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute
3. Add kale and cook for about 2-3 minutes stirring frequently; kale will become tender with a bright green color
4. Add lemon juice and cook for 1 more minute
5. Season to taste with salt and black pepper
